Low Interest Rate Guarantee

When you purchase a home through Bob Smith, Realtors^®, we are so confident that our purchase-mortgage rates are the lowest possible, that we provide a no-nonsense guarantee. If you find a lower rate we will either match that rate or pay you $500 at the close of escrow.*

* You must apply for this loan with Bob Smith. We do NOT require you to lock-in your rate at the time of application. To exercise this guarantee, when you do decide to lock-in your rate, prior to the close of the purchase escrow, you must provide us with a bona-fide written loan commitment letter from a competitor documenting a lower interest rate, APR and points for the same type of loan and lock-in period issued on the same day as the day you choose to lock-in your rate with us. You must close your loan with Bob Smith to receive the $500.
