Mirror Image

Hello, I am Brandon Oliver Schindewolf Smith and I would like to tell you about myself. I am an eight year old boy with brown hair and dark brown eyes. My body is a solid seventy-three pounds extending up fifty-five inches to my long, shiny, and fine hair. My skin color is considered to be white but I am fairly dark complexioned-especially in the summer. I have a face in the shape of an oval with a button nose, flexible ears, and a big mouth with an arrow shaped top lip.

My fingernails are usually short but sometimes they are long and my ring size is size 6. My arms are short but my legs are long and my foot size is eight inches. I like my hair best because it is wild just like me. My clothes are what I like least about me because I don't really care about what clothes I wear or whether they are matched or not.

Personality

My favorite activities are playing outside and inside. When I play outside I usually play with a gameboy® or ride my bike. I like to ride my bike around the court. Sometimes I like to speed up and race down my driveway at my top speed at the end of the court. I keep on going for about a foot and then I pull on my handle brakes, which stops the bike fast.

Inside I usually play with David's Gameboy® or my computer. On my computer I usually play Outnumbered®, a math game. I also like to play on the Internet. There is a website just for kids called Bonus.com®.

I also love to read. In one day I can have half my bookshelf empty. There's no one type of book I like to read. I just like them all. I have one peculiar habit. I like to pick my nails. It's just a habit; I guess I just want to keep them short. I'm afraid of bees and spiders but I don't know why. I guess it's because I'm afraid they might sting me. We have a lot of them at school but I have even more of them at home. That's probably because we have two lemon trees, one orange tree plus a tangerine tree and a hedge. Bees and spiders are just scary to think about.

Most of the time I speak English. Sometimes I speak Mandarin. Sometimes I speak too much. In school we are learning Spanish but I don't speak it yet. At home we speak English. Sometimes I speak a language that I have made up. It's fun to speak your own language.

Sometimes I want to be by myself and other times I want to be with others. Sometimes I like to do what everyone else is doing. There are times I do what I want to do. That can get me in trouble. I think I do better when I work in groups. I can help my friends and they can help me.

I have a friendly, helpful and kind attitude. I help the Kinders a lot in class and on the yard. I think I'm cheerful most of the time.

I have a lot of friends and a bunch of very good ones. Evan and I are good friends and are alike in a lot of ways. We both like pizza and to play video games and to ride bikes. We see each other at home. He is my neighbor.

I get along best with younger people because I like to help them. I get along well with people my own age, both boys and girls. Sometimes I don't get along as well with adults because I don't play with them very much.

When I have a problem, I ignore it if I can. If I can't ignore it, I try to fix it. Sometimes I argue. Sometimes I talk it out. I don't get into too many fights because I don't want anyone to get hurt. Fighting is not a great solution to working out problems.

The afternoon is my favorite part of the day. Recess is in the afternoon. I have the same amount of energy throughout the day. The time of day doesn't seem to affect what I do.
