My Little Life

When I Was Little

When I was little, before I went to school, I liked to do several things. Among my favorite things to do was to blow my toy horn. I liked to play in my playpen. I would throw all my stuffed animals out and whine until someone would throw them back in.

Another thing I liked to do was swim in our pool. When I was 2 and a half  I could jump off the diving board in the deep end! I would jump off the board, swim to the steps, get out of the pool and do it over and over again. I have a video tape of me doing that for at least a half an hour! My grandparents were amazed.

I didn't watch television much but my favorite program was Barney. I still watch it.

When I was little I had a few friends. One of them was Michael Varga. He liked to build things and I liked to knock them down. We made a great team.

For several years I refused to eat almost everything. Mom and dad were amazed how I survived on just bread, water, and milk! Now I eat almost anything.

I liked to play in the rain and play hide-and-go-seek. I had and still have a misconception that I have all the time in the world. Another misconception I had was I had no reason to be afraid of the pool. My favorite toy was my working center.

I used to go on property inspections with my mom. The inspector, Mario, let me help him by holding the flashlight and checking out all the closets. I tried to go under the house with him but mom didn't think that was such a good idea.
